Tom’s Campground. Nestled into the rural Wisconsin hillside overlooking a pasture and trout stream.  A fresh cold spring behind a stone cottage gurgles down the hillside. Camper and RV sites with electricity and water.  Tent and campfire sites.  Easy access from HWY 151, just a few minutes from Mineral Point.  608.935.5446.

Campers are welcomed at the Iowa County Fairgrounds located in Mineral Point on Fair Street. The sites operate primarily on a self check-in basis, and are open for camping whenever the fairgrounds are not in use. Electric and non-electric sites are available.

State Parks.Enjoy nature at its best in and around Mineral Point.  This corner of the state is replete with natural wonders.   Don’t forget your camera!   Several state parks are within an easy drive of Mineral Point.  GOVERNOR DODGE, Wisconsin’s second largest state park is a short drive from Mineral Point. With more than 5,200 scenic acres of steep hills, bluffs, deep valleys, two lakes, and a waterfall, you can enjoy camping, hiking, fishing, picnicking, bicycling, mountain biking, swimming, snowmobiling, and cross country skiing.
