We’re excited to offer a hands-on baking class inspired by Sarah Kieffer’s 100 Morning Treats.
We’ll make two breakfast pastry classics: blueberry muffins and cinnamon scones. Those might sound simple, but there’s more going on than meets the eye. You’ll learn two essential baking methods: the Well Method and the Sanding Method, and how they influence texture, structure, and flavor.
This isn’t just about the recipes. It’s about understanding how ingredients work together, learning pro tips, and gaining skills that’ll level up your baking. You’ll head home with fresh pastries—and deeper set of skills.
