Fresh Pasta From Scratch
Roll up your sleeves and dive in for an interactive pasta-making class, inspired by Thomas McNaughton’s Flour + Water, where you’ll make dough from scratch! You’ll learn the entire process from mixing dough to shaping your own noodles.
What to Expect:
- Live Demonstration: Watch and learn as our instructor guides you through making pasta from scratch, including dough preparation, rolling, and cutting techniques.
- Hands-On Participation: Everyone will have the opportunity to create their own pasta, ensuring you gain valuable skills and confidence.
- Dining Experience: At the end of class, we’ll come together as a community to enjoy the fresh pasta served with a simple tomato sauce and a mixed green salad.
