Sometimes, a slice just isn’t enough — and that’s when a slab pie is just the way to go! Functional, tasty, easily transported, and portioned out, these pies are rectangular! Our special guest and pie lover, Maddy Chapman, swears by Cathy Barrow’s Pie Squared for every pie occasion.

Barrow’s recipes are consistent and easy. We’ll demonstrate her tried-and-true methods of mixing, chilling, and rolling for a perfect slab pie crust every time.

Krista and Maddy will demonstrate each step so you walk away with new skills.

At the end of the demonstration, we’ll gather around the dining table to sample freshly baked pie.
