Lean Six Sigma-Green Belt Training
This course is a quality control certification that attempts to educate people on analyzing processes and outcomes to reduce waste and decrease defects. You will learn to use lean tools to identify waste easily and help others be more efficient. The lecture portion of the course is 40 hours and spread over 6 weeks, additional time is required to complete a project. You will be required to complete this project which must be approved by the instructor using the tools learned in the class. Upon completion of this course, you will receive a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
