Let’s Make a Mural: From Drawing to Pavement Chalk to Painting the Walls

Remember hours of chalking on the sidewalk as a child? Let’s do it again! Start with the basics of 3D drawing techniques, methods to inspire and techniques to pull from your imagination. You will then be introduced to perspective, creative use of color and various types of chalk and tools to achieve a variety of effects. For the finale, we’ll hit the streets to share our creations throughout the Shake Rag Alley campus, including a permanent installation on the walls of the Hot Shop glassblowing studio. Open to Tweens & Teens + Adults. Materials fee covers chalk, drawing materials and instructional materials. Additional supplies will be available for purchase.
