The Wisconsin Whey Book Release Reception
Join us on Saturday, March 1, 2025, as we celebrate the release of The Wisconsin Whey: Cheesemaking in the Driftless with a book signing, tasting, and cheesemaker reception!
A standard ticket gives you access to the book signing and reception showcasing six cheesemakers. Upgrade to a premium ticket that includes alcoholic beverages provided by Square Wine Company.
Featured cheesemakers at the March 1st event include Brunkow Cheese, Uplands Cheese, Landmark Creamery, Cedar Grove Cheese, Capri Cheese, and Roelli Cheese Haus. The other cheesemakers will be featured at a reception on September 13, 2025.
