Pasty Dinner at the Walker House with a presentation by Will Fellows, author of Passion to Preserve

Behind the Façade of Historic Preservation: Gay Sensibility and the Passion to Preserve: Will Fellows presents a photo-illustrated exploration of gay men’s extraordinary involvement in rescuing, restoring, and preserving old buildings and other forms of the material culture of the past.

Robert Neal and Edgar Hellum and the Museum They Called Home: Will Fellows shares some thoughts on Pendarvis, the men who created it, and the man whose old-house enterprise in the 1920s was an important inspiration for them.
